I had a fantastic first appointment. The office is very clean and welcoming and all the staff were friendly to me. The dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor all were very thorough with explaining what they were doing and I felt very comfortable with them all. They were not judgmental at all and walked me through what my next steps would be (it had been awhile since my last cleaning). I’m excited to continue care at River Run Dental and would recommend to others.

I always have a great experience at River Run Dental. Everyone is friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The hygienist assistant was so sweet and even brought me a blanket to keep me comfortable. Justin did a great job with my cleaning—he was gentle, thorough, and professional. Dr. Patel is hands down my favorite dentist. He’s kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients. Before I left, I had one additional concern, and he made sure it was completely taken care of. That’s the kind of care that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the entire River Run Dental team!

I had an outstanding experience at the Libby location! Madison, my hygienist, and Dr. Patel are simply the best. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dental assistant—whose name I unfortunately forgot—was equally exceptional. She was warm, personable, and incredibly thorough, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. From start to finish, the entire team provided outstanding customer service and high-quality care. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend the Libby location to anyone looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with compassionate, patient-centered care.

I had a great first experience at River Run Dental! The dentist office has always been very intimidating to me but they have everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. I love that they created a treatment plan that worked best with my finances and situation. Everything was very smooth! 10/10 😊

I had a wonderful experience at River Run Dental- Libbie Mill. I was very anxious going into my appointment because I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. I never felt judged, instead, they were kind, understanding, and focused on helping me move forward. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done before any procedures were performed. I also appreciated their transparency regarding costs and treatment options, so there were no surprises. Overall, I felt informed, respected, and genuinely cared for. I will absolutely be returning, and they have definitely gained a long-term patient. Highly recommend!
